Privacy Policy

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Our Service.

I take your privacy very seriously. I neither want nor need to know anything about your personal data. To that end I’ve designed TDC Hub and TDC Portal (TDC Apps) to ensure that your data stays completely private.

TDC Apps only knows the data that you add to it. This data is stored on a server hosted by AWS in order to facilitate syncing between multiple devices.

Personally-Identifying Information

TDC Apps provide the opportunity for personally identifiable information to be entered into the database. There is a random string which is assigned to your account and is used to store the correct data associated with your account in MongoDB.

Deleting Your Data

Data is retained on our servers in case you remove the app and reinstall the app. In the Settings section, there is a screen to request deletion of the your data. If you request your data to be deleted in the app, it will trigger a delete and your user information and all of your data will be removed. This cannot be undone.

Business Transfers

If TDC Apps, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that TDC Apps goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, this policy and its effects may change or be amended.

Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, TDC Apps may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and at TDC Apps‘ sole discretion. Your continued use of this app after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.

Indemnity

You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, without limitation, legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our legal advisers) incurred or suffered by us arising out of use of this app or any breach by you of any provision of these terms of use, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms of use.
